⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had a door fitted by Direct Windows and I couldn’t be happier with the service. What a lovely company to deal with from start to finish.

The price was very reasonable, the door and lock are great quality, and the whole installation was completed professionally. An added bonus was that the fitters left absolutely no mess, which I really appreciated.

The customer service was excellent throughout — everyone was helpful and friendly, from the office staff to the fitters who carried out the work.

Honestly, I only wish I had used this company for bigger work I had done previously — it would have saved me a lot of hassle. If you’re looking for a reliable company with top-quality service and workmanship, I would definitely recommend them. 👍

I spent such a long time choosing a window installer, I'm so glad I went with Direct Windows. They were punctual, professional, polite and they completed the job a day early, which was a bonus. They left everywhere clean and tidy.
Great communication with Ellie at the office, always a prompt response to any query.
All in all a 1st class service at a very competitive price.
I highly recommend them.

We had four windows and a bay fitted and honestly could not have asked for a better service than the one we received.
Mark, Mick and Mick worked with professionalism , approachability and friendliness all while delivering a first class service.
They went above all expectations!

Mick and Mick from Direct Windows have just installed all our new upvc windows and composite front and back doors. Nothing was too much trouble. They've done a fantastic job and we are very happy customers. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Fantastic service from walking through the door for the first time to the end result. Like many we got a few quotes and our first thought was to go with the cheapest and save some money. Direct windows was only slightly more, but saving is saving. We went in and we were shown around the back area and had all the options explained to us. We showed some pictures of our current doors and they decided to send someone out to take a look to make sure there were no surprises. The whole staff were a pleasure to deal with and we couldn't be happier with the results. The door was squeaking after it settled the following day and they came straight back out. 2 times in fact and in the end just changed the hinge to make sure it was sorted. There's very few times when we've had anything done on the house where we've been totally happy with the whole experience and result but this is one of them. Couldn't recommend any more and such a great group of people.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mark was very flexible and went out of his way to deliver everything we asked for (Windows UPVC, French Doors, Composite French Doors, Fascia and Soffits).

I must also praise the fitting team (Mick and Mick) who have done a magnificent job, nothing was to much bother for them.

It was an absolute pleasure working with such a professional company, I can’t thank Direct Windows North East Ltd enough.

We had bi-fold doors fitted some years ago. Absolutely love them. We had a very small issue recently which Mark and his team sorted within 24 hours. Lovely friendly people. Could not recommend highly enough!

Where do I start? We took advantage of Direct Windows building services to transform our home. This is the second time we have used them and will be a customer forever more. The multi skilled team, the eye to detail and most importantly the good crack they bring all make this company a golden hidden gem, we replaced our roof, porch and converted the garage, Direct Windows took control of the whole project and went way above and beyond. We will be forever thankful for transforming our home. Don’t hesitate to get a quote, these guys are the real deal and it’s a pleasure to support local business when the finished job is as good as this. To Davie, Bobby, Cookie, Mick x2 and Mark, it’s been a pleasure chaps and thank you for all your hard work to make our project a success.
